Our method involves a combination of evidence-based practices, individualized patient care, and continuous monitoring. We know our treatment options work because we have worked with hundreds of patients over the years. What we ask from our patients is to come with a willingness to change.
We do not have contracts with insurance companies or Medicare. Thus, payment is required at the time of your appointment. Our providers are considered out-of-network. Please reach out to your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network coverage for office visits and laboratory tests. If you have MedShare or Samaritan please contact them as they may cover our services.
We love seeing our patients in person, however we do realize in some situations you may need to have your appointment virtually. Our practitioners will let you know if an in person appointment is required.
If you decide to become an established patient with our clinic, our providers are able to manage most medications. Please speak with the provider about your questions around medication management and they will be able to guide you.
While our practitioners do not replace primary care providers (PCPs), we do complement each other’s expertise through collaboration. PCPs play a crucial role in addressing urgent or emergency care needs, as well as standard preventive care.
Yes, we can see all members of the family. Please reach out by phone to ask any questions 612-405-3839 or book an appointment.
