Jen Flynn is a passionate healthcare professional, functional medicine practitioner, and business owner with three decades of experience helping individuals achieve lasting wellness. Her career began in 1995 in physical therapy, where she served in outpatient, transitional care, neurology, acute care, and home care settings. Over the years, she became known not only for her clinical expertise but for her ability to meet people exactly where they are—helping them understand their bodies, restore health, and gain the tools to thrive long-term.
Jen’s approach is rooted in the belief that the ultimate goal is not lifelong dependency on a provider, but empowering each person to confidently care for their own body. This conviction comes from her own health journey. After two pregnancies, Jen found herself nearing 300 pounds and struggling physically. The sudden loss of her father in a car accident compounded the challenge, impacting her mental health. Determined to change her story, she spent a year focused on nutrition and exercise, ultimately losing 150 pounds. This transformation sparked her love for health coaching and fitness, leading her to earn her nutrition certification, Mayo Clinic–trained health and wellness coaching certification, and NASM personal training certification.
In 2014, another major health crisis—Lyme disease—shifted Jen’s path toward functional medicine. Confronted with the gaps in traditional medical understanding of complex chronic illness, she immersed herself in root-cause approaches that would ultimately restore her health and enable her to guide others through their own recoveries. For more than 10 years, she has walked alongside countless patients, helping them uncover the “why” behind their symptoms and take actionable steps toward healing.
Beyond her work at Renew Precision Health, Jen serves in women’s ministry at River Valley Church, walking alongside women who desire to know the Lord. She is passionate about encouraging those who feel broken, unseen, or unloved, helping them discover their worth and identity in Christ. Married to her husband for 25 years and a proud mom of two, she brings the same care, attentiveness, and faith that shape her family life into her professional practice.
Her greatest joy is watching people leave her clinic stronger, healthier, and more confident—ready to live the vibrant, thriving life they were created for.

Kaylynn Kenutis is excited to join the team at Renew Precision Health. With nearly 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, primarily in pediatric acute care, she is passionate about helping kids, men, and women achieve their best health. She truly believes that each body is created uniquely and perfectly, and by taking the time to explore symptoms and past experiences, she can identify the root causes and address them effectively. Kaylynn appreciates the personalized approach of functional medicine, which allows her to understand her patients, their symptoms, and the impact on their daily lives, and then work together to find practical and achievable solutions.
Throughout her years in the hospital, Kaylynn has observed the strengths of Western medicine in handling emergencies but has also noticed its limitations in addressing everyday or chronic issues such as gut health, anxiety, fatigue, and memory concerns. These areas are of particular interest to her, as she often sees them dismissed as “normal” or simply a part of life. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their full potential.
Kaylynn earned her undergraduate degree from Crown College and her Master’s from Walden University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their energetic son, Tate and new baby girl Adley. When she’s not with her family, Kaylynn loves staying active, with running being her favorite way to connect with friends.
